I want to know why for the case-2 rdata gave additional 0 at the end...

When wstrb is set to âfâ you are interested only in the last 4 bytes of the wdata. The remaining bits are all masked out with zeros.
You actually get 0000_0000_0000_0000_0000_0000_3214_5678 .
When you use wstrb as âf0â You are interested in the previous 4 bytes. Therefore the masked value is 0000_0000_0000_0000_bbbb_4800_0000_0000. The trailing zeros will be printed when you print the value
