Can UVMF be used with Synopsys VCS or any other simulator other than Questa? The UVMF course seems to imply that Questa is the only option but I have not investigated that further. Has anyone used it with VCS before and can share some of the modifications they had to do to some of the Makefiles, etc. ?

The UVMF base classes and generated code it produces have been tested against other simulators and it should work out of the box. None of the provided Makefiles or scripts that drive the suggested compile and run flows support other simulators, that would be up to you to develop. The changes I’ve seen to make that work are all very straightforward but I don’t have anything concrete to share.
