Can someone explain how OTP programing are verified in verification? I have seen words like sectors, OTP fuse bank, customer mode? If there is loading error we have not ok flags? cant explain the question more clearly

We can’t explain the answer without more explanation of your question. These are probably device specific terms. Modeling fuses requires deep knowledge of the underlying device structure.
Also, it’s not clear if you are verifying a OTP (i.e. FPGA) device as a manufacturer or consumer.
