Yes you can do that using analysis port. The question is what your intention is, because this might limit the reusability of your testbench.
The intention is to collect a packet (from monitor) in test to use it in a checker. If possible please provide an example.
I’d recommend another approach. You should implement a scoreboard component in your top env. This offers mor flexibility than a scoreboard in the test.
