How to use set_backdoor() method in RAL

Can any one help me by giving an example showing how to use set_backdoor() method in RAL.
This is because I’ve got a problem that when I am using register.get_backdoor() method,it is showing null(00000000).Because of this I’m getting an error saying

symbol lookup error:…/sv/lib/libuvmdpi.so : undefined symbol : m__uvm_report_dpi

even I can’t understand what it is saying.Please help me with this.
