How to set an Object in Sequence and get it in Environment ? Is it possible if so please explain with an example ?

Do you really need this? The environment will be constructed before any sequence will be executed, i.e. you cannot take influence on your environment from the sequence. Your testbench should be adopted to your needs from your test.
