How to add delay after number of uvm_error reached max_quit_count?

Hello Verification Academy,

Looking for a guidance on how is better to add a delay (“grace time”, “drain time”), after number of UVM_ERRORs reached the max_quit_count value?
Will appreciate if a working code can be added.
