What is the best way to handle for example $stable(a) if on start of simulation reset is applied to TB for 10ns and then reset is deasserted and only after 10ns clock is started. In that case i end up with all $stable(var), $changed(var) etc assertions firing because as far as i understood var was x and on first clock edge it becomes 0, so ti is changed, or it is not stable, although it is 0 during the reset and after the reset?
