I am looking for a simulation tool that I can use to take an existent wave from a simulation and then use it to drive with it (force, apply … not sure what term use) to the same DUT.
This way avoiding the TB (sequences) and all the BFMs. I have an intended use in mind.
Ideally the tool should be able to assign input/output attributes to the pins and so it can only drive on the input pins and leave the output for me to check or use some tooling to compare with the expected from the wave.
