Hello!, Is there any way to add the comment to individual bins?, I came across the option.comment and type_option.comment but they give comment to coverpoint not individual bins.

No, a coverpoint is the lowest level you can apply any option. If you need this level of detail, break you coverpoint into multiple coverpoints with different sets of bins.
