Issue while Packing more than 4096 bytes

Hi Chetan,

I tried using +define+UVM_MAX_STREAMBITS=70000+ as well as +define+UVM_PACKER_MAX_BYTES=70000+ in the command line,but still it is appending zero’s after 4096 bytes.
