Difference between mailbox and queue usage

  1. In sv from one component to another component we use mailbox then how to use queue instead of mailbox whether its possible?
  2. Difference between mailbox and queue.
  3. If its possible to use queue mean when to use quueu and when to use mailbox .
    Sorry for the silly doubt i am not getting correct understanding .
