UVM-EA OVM Compatibility Kit

This kit enables OVM users to run their virtually unmodified OVM testbenches using the UVM-EA (Early Adopter) library. This is an overlay kit that must be installed on top of the UVM-EA installation. Instructions for doing this are provided in the README-OVERLAY.txt file . The kit contains new files as well as changes to existing files. Details of these changes can be found in diff_uvm-EA_ovm_compatibility.txt.
