PW SHUTDOWN MANAGER (OBJECTION MECHANISM)

This is the second free release of the PW SVF Shutdown Manager OVM Component. This release fixed a bug with non clocking mode.

Features include:
- Provides graceful way to end tests
- Uses objections
- Provides a watchdog timer based on testbench activity
- Provides debug capabilities
- Easy integration into an OVM environment
- API access is available throughout entire class hierarchy
i.e. pw_shutdown_mgr_env::raise_objection("some_seq");
- Proved on real projects!

This version of the shutdown manager package requires :
- IUS 08.20-s003 and up
- Mentor QuestaSim-64 vsim 6.4a Simulator 2008.08 Aug 28 2008 and up

To install:
% cd <pw svf shutdown manager_install_dir>
% tar xvf pw_svf_shutdown_manager_1.0.tar.gz
Then follow directions in PACKAGE_README.txt to run examples
