I just finished reading the OVM UG front to back. Very well written and just 164 pages. Congratulations to the people involved.
One question though : What does the p_ and m_ stand for in p_sequencer and m_sequencer ?
Can’t sleep tonight without this information :o
Thanks, NL
I guess m_ is for members and p_ is for pointers. In case of p_sequencer, it points to the sequencer executing the sequence (where the sequencer is probably a m_ member of an ovm_agent or ovm_environment).
Thanks Amal and Joep. Got it.
Wow.
Quite a unique question and fantastic answers.
Thanks a lot for generating this question and answering them.
