if some cover points are missed and functional coverage is showing 100% that means every feature has been covered .what does that mean?

There are several reasons that come to mind, many of them specific to the simulator currently in use. One common reason for coverage holes not affecting overall coverage is exclusions or zero weighted coverpoints. Regardless, I would suggest getting in touch with the support folks for your simulator to get more specific answers.
