The program _$novas_units's declaration and instance

hello!
recently i am intersted in the systemverilog’s verification building blocks and when i come back to the uvm,i am confused：i can see a program named:“_$novas_units” from the verdi and the program is declarated the same hierachial location as the top-level module;but i can’t find the declaration of it(program);

anyone know useful massege about where is the program _$novas_units’s declaration?
