Hi My question is about out of order transaction.
How to drive and receive out of order Transaction in Sequence Driver and Scoreboard.
Can any one help me for this one

You have to look at something in the transaction to associate transaction in versus transactions out. Typically this would be some kind of address, but it really depends on the design. See Scoreboards | Verification Academy
