Master and slave driver should assert in the same time

Hi,

I have a problem with OCP drivers. According to protocol master asserts cmd type (READ, WRITE, IDLE). in case that master asserted read and req and resp latency are zero, slave should assert SResp and SData in the same cycle when master asserted READ on MCmd but slave cannot see cmd type (READ) till next cycle or without some delay.

Could you please explain why this should happen?
Do you mean a Non-Pipelined command?
