I have seen in many examples, scoreboard component being instantiated at the environment top.
When I say scoreboard, I mean transaction comparator.
But in reality, the top component is generally a checker.
This checker has DUT equivalent models and then scoreboards to compare DUT output vs checker predicted output.
What is the opinion from people who have used scoreboards in actual projects?
