I have few queries related to unsynchronized crossing of reset paths:
I have observed few case where we can safely waive the reset crossing :
"async reset de-asserted , while dest clock is off "
→ what state does flop will enter , how its gonna ensure that unsynchronized reset will not cause any metastable to destination flops ?
