Hi,

I heard that cadence has a RGM package available for ovm. Is there any where I can find more info about it? Will it be integrated into UVM?

How do you compare the RAL and RGM in terms of re-usability, tool support, basic concepts, sim performance, and pros and cons?

RAL was selected as the basis for UVM_REG

We have been very successful implementing RGM with both OVM and UVM.

The documentation, classes, and IP-XACT parser are very well done.

We’ll be moving to RAL after it is released with UVM.

Thanks Brett for the reply. I just noticed I posted this question quite a while ago. Yes we’ve used UVM_REG to tape out our design in 2011.
