Hi,
Is there any smart way by which DV engineer can claim that all locations of a memory(can be small, big, very big) is properly accessible? Even I am not of preference to cover all locations as some time memory can be very large, so what is the smart option available in DV world?
This question is basically to check if any device behaves perfect in a given range.
On same ground the other question could be that how to make sure that a memory is working properly on all the frequencies as given by “range of frequencies” in data sheet of it?
