If option.weight is set at the coverpoint , it specifies the weight of a coverpoint for computing the instance coverage of the covergroup. Similarly, Is there any option available for giving weight at the bins of a coverpoint?

There are no options going down to the bin level. If you need this functionality, put your bins in separate coverpoints.
