Exclusion based per module instead of instance

I have a module X and it is instanced N times… How do i apply line exclusions to all the instances of that module without manually doing for each instance… Is there a way, if i exclude one instance, it is applicable to all other…

How can i tell the tool to exclude for all other instances based on single instance(which i exclude manually) of same module type?.
